Hi! I am Thomas the founder/CEO of Terse Inc.

I started this company because I believe driven, high performers at work should not be dragged down by mundane document updating throughout their day.

In my near 7 years at Apple, I went from a little Junior new grad all the way to Staff Engineer where I lead projects end-to-end and acted as a Tech Lead.

In all 7 of those years, all 52 weeks in those years, and all 7 days in those weeks I was routinely asked to stop what I was doing and update something.

That something was usually a Ticket, a document that no one read, or some feedback tracker. Doesn't seem like a big deal right? Well, this would happen 5-10x per day. Each would only take a few minutes, but it would cause an engineer's worst nightmare: a context switch. Not to mention the high cognitive load involved in finding the darn ticket/document and updating it with the right lingo for the audience.

I have always been fascinated by how humans choose the tools they work with. There have been some pretty wild changes in how we work. Notably, the mass exodus from Jira to the new player Linear. Both do the same thing, so why is Linear winning?

Well, they are the path of least resistance. Making a ticket? Faster. Finding what you should work on? Faster/Less Scrolling. Adding metadata to an issue? A lot faster. The product, is simpler, faster, and beautiful. It just fights you less.

I want to bring that feeling to updating documents.

We all know we should be tracking all the feedback through slack, email, and tickets. We all know we should organize all those blurbs in our notes app. We all know we should keep our little todo app/CRM up to date. But these things just fight us. They never stay up to date and it always leads to tasks slipping, XF relations falling through, and even building the wrong features because we forgot about all the important details.

How do we fix this? Well with AI of course!

To get this right, we need to be able to get you set up in minutes and not have to deal with the learning curve of Zappier/n8n.

From there, we will work in the background, constantly monitoring for events, and updating everything for you. All of your docs/ticket trackers will be up to date whenever you need them.

tldr: We are going to reduce the activation energy of "doing the right thing" and making all of your docs nice and tidy leading to more projects completed, more deals closed, and more promotions for you 😄
